The project included the painting of the plant room floor with RIW Toughseal, working around plant machinery and generators installed prior to our arrival on site. Other areas of activity included wall finishes, where we applied basic emulsion to new plaster and plasterboard surfaces.

Old defective paints on concrete floors made parts of the project an exercise in restoration as well as decoration. Grit blasting removed the old paint, and the surfaces were made good using epoxy fillers suitable for the subsequent application of Watco solvent free epoxy floor paint. The success of this combination and the finished effect was sited as a major project achievement by all involved. The external cladding on all units in the estate was sprayed with Akzo Nobel Steelcoat system using Wagner Airless Spray Machines.
